This page describes the basic information security policy of Shenzhen Yisihang Technology Co., Ltd.
Purpose
In today’s global information society, the Company provides translation, localization, and language services using the latest IT and consulting technologies, and in doing so acquires and manages large volumes of corporate and personal information. We recognize that trust with our customers is the foundation of these business activities.
To continuously maintain customer trust and provide better services through ongoing effort, we must take appropriate security measures for the various information assets we handle, protecting them from loss, theft, unauthorized use, and other threats.
To this end, in addition to concrete security measures at the physical, environmental, and technical levels, management and all employees must maintain a high level of security awareness and work in a security-first manner.
The Company hereby establishes this Information Security Policy as a guide for protecting the information assets it handles.
Measures to Be Taken
- Ensure and maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all information assets handled by the Company.
- Establish an information security management system to maintain and manage item (1) above.
- Not violate laws, regulations, supervisory requirements, or contractual obligations.
- Establish risk-assessment criteria and a risk-assessment mechanism.
- Implement the information security measures identified in the risk assessment.
- Conduct regular information security education and training for all employees.
- Respond promptly to information security incidents, accidents, or violations.
Responsibility, Obligation, and Penalties
The Company is responsible for reporting information security incidents and weaknesses in accordance with the procedures established to maintain this policy. Acts that compromise the protection of customer information or any information asset handled by the Company will be addressed under employee management rules and applicable laws.
Periodic Review
The Company periodically reviews its information security management system and continuously improves it.
